Consejos prácticos al momento de una evaluación oral.
Ahora, que se acerca el fin de año y los exámenes finales para mi y mis compañeros, les daré unos consejos prácticos para enfrentar bien los exámenes orales (no les diré que estudien, porque supongo que eso es obvio ajajajaja), y créanme que esto, les servirá a muchos para cualquier control oral.
Lo primero que creo que es importante, es que el estudio sea varios días antes, especialmente para los más nerviosos, esto para que el día antes de su control, puedan salir a relajarse, caminar, tomar aire, tal vez hacer un poco de ejercicio, esto para liberar tensiones. También, un remedio casero para el nerviosismo, es tomar antes del control, un vaso con azúcar, esto los relajara por el efecto químico que produce.
Pasando ahora al momento de la verdad, cuando estas frente al profesor o profesora, lo primero que deben hacer, antes de que les hagan la pregunta, es tratar de acomodarse, respirar profundo, mentalizarse que estudiaron y saben la materia. Siéntanse dueños del conocimiento que les están a punto de preguntar.
Luego, cuando les hagan la o las preguntas, traten de no desesperarse, si lo hacen, les costará mucho concentrarse, si el nerviosismo es porque el profesor o profesora los intimida, no los miren a los ojos, miren cualquier otro punto en su cara, como la nariz, eso prefiero personalmente, porque parece como si le estuvieras mirando fijamente a los ojos.
Volviendo a la pregunta, escúchenla detenidamente, si no les queda clara, hagan que se la repita, pero NO pidan que les explique o replantee la pregunta a menos que sea ESTRICTAMENTE NECESARIO ya que se pondrán más nerviosos y se confundirán aun más, luego de esto, busquen la respuesta en su cabeza, y si no están seguros de la respuesta, NO comiencen a responder cualquier cosa, muchas veces se cree que eso ayuda, pero solo los llevará a un final desastroso, ya que el profesor se dará cuenta de que no saben bien la respuesta, y ustedes se confundirán solos. Una vez que tengan la respuesta en la mente, piensen como lo van a decir, con que palabras, en caso de los estudiantes de Derecho como yo, saben que hay conceptos y definiciones que deben ser tal cual, así que a memorizar se ha dicho, pero cuando entren en explicaciones, si pueden escoger que decir, y al hacerlo, piensen bien cada termino que empleen, NUNCA digan un termino que no saben bien que significa, o no digan nada que no puedan defender, ya que pueden estar seguros que eso les pedirán que desarrollen.
Cuando empiecen a hablar, No se detengan, siempre manténganse hablando, ya que si se detienen, es muy probable que pierdan el hilo conductor.
El modo de hablar, también es importante, NO usen muchos términos coloquiales, y asegúrense de aprehender varios sinónimos de las palabras importantes, hablen pausado, lento y claramente modulado, así podrán hablar y pensar en lo que dirán después. El tono de voz, debe ser fuerte, no estridente, sino con fuerza, con seguridad, aunque en realidad no estén seguros, NO titubeen, hablen como si lo que están diciendo es ley, ya que en ese minuto, son los amos del conocimiento. Si llegaran a titubear, y el profesor o profesora quiere presionarlos un poco más, tengan por seguro, que les harán más preguntas sobre el punto donde titubearon.
Otro aspecto importante a considerar, es la postura al sentarse o estar parado. Hay tres puntos importantes que NO hay que olvidar: primero la cabeza, esta SIEMPRE debe estar levantada y con una sonrisa o cara agradable al menos, solo hay una excepción, y es cuando estamos pensando la respuesta antes de comenzar a hablar. Segundo, la postura del torso, deben estar bien sentados o bien erguidos al estar de pie, eso muestra seguridad y manifiesta confianza. Y tercero, las manos, estas juegan un papel muy importante en la comunicación, así que deben estar muy atentas a ellas, y sus posturas dependen del momento, el primero es antes de hablar, en ese instante, las manos deben estar quietas, si uno esta sentado, deben estar sobre las piernas, NUNCA sobre el estomago o con los brazos cruzados, ya que ambas posturas, reflejan inseguridad; y el segundo momento, cuando comenzamos a responder, en este instante, las manos deben moverse acorde a lo que hablamos, NUNCA deben tapar el rostro, por que estora el sonido de nuestra voz, reflejando gran inseguridad de nuestros conocimientos y de nosotros mismos, y esto es fatal, tampoco NUNCA deben estar quietas, si lo están, quitan expresividad, y reflejan inseguridad o sumisión, y uno al responder, debe mostrarse imponente.
Al final, si han seguido los pasos y han cuidado cada detalle, y sumado esto a lo más importante, haber estudiado, ya que si uno ha estudiado poco, puede tratar de responder y usar estas técnicas y poder sacar un buen resultado, pero esto no siempre es así, uno no puede tener siempre suerte, y lo único que puede dar seguridad, es saber la materia que te están preguntando.
